Description

Recombinant, mouse Dickkopf related protein 1 (Dkk-1) consisting of amino acids 30-272 and expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells. Inhibits Wnt-3a-induced alkaline phosphatase production by MC3T3-E1 mouse osteoblastic cells. ND50 = 0.02-0.1μg/mL.
