Description

The pTriEx™-4 Ek/LIC vector is uniquely designed to allow rapid characterization of target genes in multiple expression systems. With this vector, a single recombinant plasmid can be used to test expression in E. coli, insect and mammalian cells. The pTriEx-4 Ek/LIC vector contains N-terminal His·Tag™ and S·Tag™ coding sequences followed by an enterokinase protease cleavage site and a multiple cloning site, with the option to include a C-terminal His·Tag coding sequence.
