• Process 96 samples in 8 x 12 plate formats compatible with liquid handling technologies and injection systems
• Samples can be extracted in approximately one hour or less
• Wells contain patented Empore standard-density particle-loaded membrane for efficient sample extraction followed by elution in 100μL with mobile phase or mobile-phase compatible solutions
• Ideal for sample preparation prior to LC/MS and other high-throughput applications
• C2, C8, or C18 silica sorbents for nonpolar interactions with analytes from complex samples
• Universal resin (UR) sorbent plates contain polar functioning groups to promote a much more generic approach with high retention of acidic, neutral, and base analytes
• Use with CDS Empore Vacuum Manifold Assembly when extracting multiple samples
