It is designed for high speed milling in steel, stainless steel, hardened steel, titanium, inconel, waspaloy, nimonics, and cast iron. The end mill provides high metal removal rates and smooth milling action. The 170HC3 is made in Japan by Kyocera, a manufacturer of precision cutting tools.
