The Kyocera End Mill is a high-performance end mill made of micrograin carbide with a TiAlN coating for wear resistance. It has 4 flutes and a 30 degree helix angle. The end mill has a neck relief design to provide strength in high feed milling applications. It is offered in diameters ranging from 1/8" to 1/2", with an overall length of 2-1/2 times the diameter. The end mill can achieve surface finishes as fine as 16 RMS and tolerances as tight as +/- 0.001". Its high performance capabilities make it well-suited for difficult-to-machine materials.
