Harris' Alum Hematoxylin Stain (Mercury Free) is a regressive stain used in demonstrating nuclear chromatin.

  • Stain time is usually 4 - 8 minutes; however, nature of the tissue and depth of staining may require a time increase to 10 - 15 minutes.
