The Micro 100 Engraving Tool is a carbide tipped engraving cutter designed for engraving, routing and profiling in a variety of materials including wood, plastic, aluminum and brass. It has a 1/8 inch shank diameter and is 1 inch overall length. The cutter has a 30 degree helix angle and is made of solid carbide with a TiAIN coating for wear resistance. It has a 0.01 inch corner radius and is capable of 50,000 RPM speeds. The engraving cutter is manufactured in the USA by Micro 100 and is sold individually.
