The Micro 100 Engraving Tool Single End 16T024 is a single end engraving tool made by Micro 100. It has a 0.016" tip diameter and 0.024" neck diameter. The overall tool length is 2.5" and the flute length is 0.75". It is made of solid carbide and has a TiAlN coating. The engraving tool has a straight shank and is designed for use on materials like plastics, wood, aluminum and brass. It can be run at speeds up to 45,000 RPM. The tool provides excellent chip control when engraving, routing and profiling.
