EO771.lmb is a cell line with epithelial-like morphology isolated in 2014 from the breasts of a mouse with ductal carcinoma. It can be used for analysis of genes that regulate metastasis of breast cancer and/or drugs that might reduce spontaneous metastasis in immune competent C57Bl/6 mice. It was isolated by R Anderson, Translational Breast Cancer Research Program, Olivia Newton-John Cancer Research.
