EOMES (D8D1R) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total EOMES protein. This recombinant antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Pro180 of the human EOMES protein. EOMES, also known as Tbr2, is a master regulator of mesoderm formation and is essential for neurogenesis, trophoblast formation, and the differentiation of specific T cell subsets.
