Jumbo Fernbach flasks have baffled (ribbed) bottoms to provide increased oxygenation and mixing efficiency even at lower shaking speeds. All flasks, regardless of size, are individually wrapped and gamma sterilized to SAL 10-6. They are free of RNase, DNase, pyrogen, endotoxins and human DNA. Polycarbonate Flasks are autoclavable at 121°C and 15 psi for 30 minutes. Vented screw caps Sterilized by E-Beam Nonpyrogenic Individually wrapped in a plastic bag. Vent caps with 0.22um hydrophobic filters for gas exchange without contamination.
