Ethylene Glycol bis(Succinic Acid N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester), White Powder

  • It can be used to produce succinic acid 2-[3-(doxorubicin-3'-N-yl)-3-oxopropionyloxy]-ethyl ester N-hydroxysuccinimidyl ester with adriamycin at temperature of 20°C.
  • It is a homobifunctional, cleavable cross-linking reagent. It is typically, coupled to molecules containing primary amines by amide bonds buffered at pH 7.5 (6.5-8.5).
  • The linkage provides a 12-atom spacer.
