Description

0.45 μm MCE membrane with 100 mL funnel, suitable for solid cultivation

The EZ-FIT™ filtration unit is a single-use filtration device made of gridded, mixed cellulose esters membrane with a pink base. It provides a safe and fast way of performing membrane filtration by avoiding the exposure to the risks of microbiological analysis.

The filtration units are e-beam irradiated, a vented lid covers the sample throughout filtration, and a 360° rim prevents forceps from accidentally touching the membrane filtration area during membrane transfer, to protect samples from contamination while ensuring reliable microbial enumeration results.
