Description

Biotinylate protein amines with this cleavable, long (37.9A) NHS-ester biotinylation reagent containing a reducible disulfide bond in the pegylated, water-soluble spacer arm.

Thermo Scientific™ EZ-Link NHS-SS-PEG4-Biotin includes disulfide and polyethylene glycol (PEG) groups in its spacer arm to provide biotinylation that is cleavable and which enhances solubility.

  • Extended spacer arm reduces steric hindrance in binding to avidin, streptavidin and Thermo Scientific NeutrAvidin Protein
  • PEG spacer maintains water solubility of the modified compound
