The KYOCERA Indexable Face Mill is a 2 inch diameter face milling cutter with 4 indexable carbide inserts. It has a 45 degree lead angle and can be run at speeds up to 5500 RPM. The body is made of alloy steel with a TiAIN coating. It has Weldon style flat shanks and requires a R8 collet. The maximum depth of cut is 0.200". This face mill is well suited for facing, slotting and side milling applications in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. It is an economical choice for light to medium duty milling operations.
