It has 4 indexable carbide inserts with a TPG432 style insert and uses a Weldon style shank. The overall length is 4.72" and it has a 1.25" through coolant hole. The body material is steel with a black oxide finish. This face mill is designed for general purpose face milling in steel and cast iron. It has high feed rates and can provide excellent surface finishes. The replaceable carbide inserts allow for economical operation.
