The Kyocera Face Mill is a high-performance milling cutter designed for face milling a wide range of materials. It features a 45 degree lead angle and variable helix flutes to provide smooth cutting action and good chip control. The cutter body is made of micro-grain carbide for wear resistance and coated with TiAIN to further enhance tool life. It has 6 flutes and is available in diameters ranging from 1" to 4". The maximum depth of cut is 0.787" and the maximum feed rate is 0.0039" per tooth. The face mill is balanced to G2.5 at 25,000 RPM and provides accurate, chatter-free milling in a wide range of applications.
