Endotoxin free Quanta Midiprep plasmid DNA purification kits are certified for low endotoxin levels of < 0.1EU/µg. Thses are specially designed to offer very high yields and purity with much reduced process time. The kit allows fast purification of large quantities of plasmid DNA, from culture pellet, in just 30 minutes. The miniaturized Midi column with high binding capacity special membrane fits into a 1.5 mL collection tube to allow washing and elution of bound plasmid DNA, using a microcentrifuge. The eluate contains highly concentrated plasmid DNA and does not require DNA precipitation and reconstitution, preventing yield losses and salt contamination.
