Fast Evagreen qPCR Master Mix is a PCR reagent suitable for qPCR using a fast cycling protocol. The reagent system uses two of our breakthrough PCR technologies, Evagreen qPCR dye and Cheetah™ Taq hotstart DNA polymerase, to deliver superior results when compared to other commercial master mixes. Fast Evagreen qPCR Master Mix is a 2X master mix, and is supplied with a separate vial of ROX reference dye, for use with high ROX, low ROX, or no ROX instruments. EvaGreen dye is a unique DNA-binding dye with features ideal for both qPCR and melt curve analysis. EvaGreen dye binds to dsDNA via a novel “release-on-demand” mechanism, which permits the use of a relatively high dye concentration in qPCR without PCR inhibition. This product has sufficient reagent for 500 reactions.
