The FastScan™ Phospho-SMAD2 (Ser465/467) ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) designed to detect endogenous levels of SMAD2 when phosphorylated at Ser465/467. The assay functions by incubating samples with a capture antibody and an HRP-linked detection antibody, forming a complex immobilized to the plate via an anti-tag antibody. The intensity of the signal generated after TMB substrate addition is proportional to the concentration of phospho-SMAD2 (Ser465/467) in the sample.
