This CHO-derived stable cell line expresses full-length human CD16a (FcγRIIIa) carrying the 158V variant at high levels. Supplied frozen in cryopreservation medium as two vials (1 mL per vial), the cell line is intended for cell-based assays that require CD16a-dependent binding or antibody crosslinking, for example co-culture with 4-1BB reporter cells to evaluate agonist activity. Culture and selection conditions are provided in the product datasheet.
