Fenofibric acid is an active metabolite of fenofibrate and acts as a PPAR activator. It has EC50 values of 22.4 μM for PPARα, 1.47 μM for PPARγ, and 1.06 μM for PPARδ. It also inhibits COX-2 enzyme activity with an IC50 of 48 nM. This product is for research use only.
