The protein migrates as 33-35 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;FACS assay shows that Human FGL1, His Tag (Cat. No. FG1-H52Hy) can bind to 293T cells overexpressing human LAG3. The concentration of Human FGL1 is 20 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
