It contains AA Leu 23 - Ile 312 (Accession # Q08830-1).;This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™). The protein has a calculated MW of 37.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-38 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE).;Immobilized Biotinylated Human FGL1, His,Avitag (recommended for biopanning) (Cat. No. FG1-H82Ey) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate, can bind Anti-FGL1 antibody with a linear range of 0.01-0.625 μg/mL (QC tested).;FACS assay shows that Biotinylated Human FGL1, His,Avitag (Cat. No. FG1-H82Ey) can bind to 293T cells overexpressing Human LAG3. The concentration of Human FGL1 is 10 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
