FHT-1015 is a selective allosteric inhibitor of SMARCA4 and SMARCA2 ATPases, also known as BRG1 and BRM. It inhibits ATPase activity by inducing a conformational change in the BRG1/BRM protein. This compound interferes with tumor cell growth and migration, making it suitable for research in uveal melanoma and hematologic cancer. In vitro studies show inhibitory effects on MC38 and CT26 cells.
