These 47-mm diameter, 0.45-µm pore size GN-Metricel membrane filters meet or surpass all U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) specifications to ensure complete retention and maximum recovery of bacteria. Black membranes for yeast and mold are also available. Black membranes make yeast and mold colonies more distinct and easier to count. Filters are available in convenient, presterilized, individually sealed packs (P/N 13530-01 and 24903-00) or in resealable envelopes with 10 filters and 10 absorbent pads each (P/N 21269-00). Phosphate free.
