Hematoxylin 2 Stain
- Does not contain mercuric oxide and will not form a metallic sheen over its surface each day
- This rapid stain is recommended for frozen sections
- Requires no filtration prior to use
- Will not form crystals upon standing or exposure to cold weather
- Will stain tissue as intense as Gill 3
- Has longer shelf life, and is more consistent and stable than Harris Hematoxylin
