Displays the temperatures of two separate probes in Celsius and Farenheit, and date/time when minimum/maximum temperatures occur. Fisher Scientific™ Traceable™ Dual Thermometer allows putting one probe in the freezer and another in the refrigerator (or measure two areas of a refrigerator).
