Haematologic Technologies Inc FITC-LABELED BOVINE LACTADHERIN, 1 mL, 83 μg/mL
Supplier: Haematologic Technologies Inc BLACFITC
PROLYTIX BLAC-FITC is a high-purity, fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-labeled bovine lactadherin, primarily used as a sensitive probe for exposed phosphatidylserine (PS) on cellular membranes. This product is particularly effective in detecting apoptotic cells earlier than annexin V, due to its ability to bind to membranes with lower PS content. Beyond apoptosis research, it serves as a calcium-independent anticoagulant by blocking PS-containing membrane sites involved in blood coagulation. Purity and labeling are verified through SDS-PAGE.
