The FLIPR Calcium 5 Assay Kit (Bulk) is a homogeneous, dye-based fluorescent assay designed for high-throughput measurement of intracellular calcium flux using FLIPR systems. The bulk configuration supplies reagents for large screening campaigns and supports 96-, 384-, and 1536-well plate formats.

• Homogeneous dye-based calcium flux assay for adherent and suspension cells.
• Bulk kit coverage: 100 plates for 96- or 384-well, 150 plates for 1536-well formats.
• Includes multiple vials of loading reagent; Component B (assay buffer) is not included in bulk kit.
• Amenable to incubation at 37°C or room temperature, enabling flexible workflows.
• Probenecid may be required for some cell lines; do not freeze loading buffer with probenecid.
• Store components at -20°C and 4°C; reagents are stable for six months in original packaging.
