- Bulk kit sufficient for 100 96-well or 384-well plates, or 150 1536-well plates.
- Includes 10 vials of Component A and 10 vials of Component C, each vial covering multiple plates.
- Assay buffer not included; HBSS plus 20 mM HEPES is recommended as a substitute.
- Compatible with high-throughput FLIPR and FlexStation microplate readers.
- Store reagents at -20°C and other components at 4°C; reagents stable for six months in original packaging.
