It is used for diluting or rinsing when performing sterility testing. Tween 80 acts as a surfactant which will break down any residue present. Each lot of media from MOLTOX is tested for sterility, where applicable, and its ability to support the growth of the appropriate microorganism. All media are accompanied by GLP-compliant formulation and Quality Control certificate.
