This Horse Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody Fluorescein is a specific, highly purified, cross-adsorbed and fluorescein-labeled secondary antibody for the detection of antibodies prepared in mouse. Great care is taken to ensure the maximum degree of fluorescein labeling with no alteration in the specificity or affinity of the antibody. These antibodies recognize both heavy and light chains (H+L) and can be used for flow cytometry or for tissue staining. Optimal F/P ratios have been established for each conjugate to ensure maximum fluorescence with minimal background staining (excitation 495 nm, emission 515 nm).
