Forget-Me-Not™ EvaGreen qPCR Master Mix is a high performance, hot-start EvaGreen dye-based master mix for use in real time PCR applications and DNA melt curve analysis. Forget-Me-Not™ master mix has a light blue master mix color which helps prevent pipetting mistakes, saving time and reagents. The master mix features EvaGreen Dye which is suitable for HRM analysis and is safer, more environmentally friendly, and more sensitive than SYBR Green. The kit also features Cheetah™ Hotstart Taq for fast cycling protocols and High ROX reference dye. This product has sufficient reagent for 2000 PCR reactions.
