The 3M Foil Tape 431 is a 2" wide pressure-sensitive aluminum foil tape with acrylic adhesive that bonds well to metal, glass, plastic, and painted surfaces. It has a temperature resistance range of -65 to 300°F. The tape is UL listed and can be used for HVAC duct sealing, joining sheet metal, masking for powder coating, and wrapping steel pipes. It comes in a standard length of 60 yards per roll. The acrylic adhesive provides good adhesion while allowing clean removal.
