Fast-Plus EvaGreen Master Mix is a ready-to-use hot-start mix for nucleic acid quantitation and melt analysis of PCR amplicons. It delivers clean PCR product even with the most challenging samples tested. The mix contains environmentally safe EvaGreen dye and fast-activating chemically-modified hotstart enzyme, Cheetah™ Taq. Although the master mix is formulated for qPCR using a fast cycling protocol, it is also compatible with qPCR using a regular cycling protocol. High ROX reference dye is included in the mix for well-to-well fluorescence normalization in ABI and other instrument platforms. This trial size has sufficient reagent for 100 reactions.
