SorbaSep™ FPLC Columns are preloaded with SorbaDex™-25 Superfine, a beaded composite size-exclusion matrix. It exhibits high flow rates, excellent resolution, and chemical stability. The columns are used in a fractionation range for globular proteins from 1 and 5kD, aqueous compatible, pH range of 2-13.
