Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) is a glycoprotein growth factor, cytokine, and hormone that stimulates the production of granulocytes and stem cells in the bone marrow. Also functions in the differentiation, proliferation, and survival of neutrophils via the JAK/STAT, Ras/MAPK, and PI3K/Akt signal transduction pathways. Acts as an agonist for CSF1R, CSF2RA, and CSF3R. Provided as 10 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter, PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
