Prostaglandin E2 inhibits the synthesis of Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF). In epithelial endothelial and fibroblastic cells the secretion of Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) is induced by Interleukin-17.
