Description

G-Fusion is a simple, rapid and highly efficient directional cloning of one or more fragments of DNA into any vector.

The linearized vector can be generated by PCR or restriction enzymes. The PCR fragments can be generated with high fidelity DNA polymerase with primers having 15 to 18 bases of homology at their linear ends to where the product needs to fuse.
