The Grainger 16N348 is a 3/4 HP, 115V, 1725 RPM, 56C Frame, Open Drip Proof, Single Phase, Ball Bearing, Electric Motor. It has a NEMA standard 56C frame with a 1.15 service factor. The motor is totally enclosed, fan cooled (TEFC) with a cast iron body, aluminum end brackets, and ball bearings. It can be wired for either 115V or 230V operation. Typical applications include pumps, fans, conveyors, machine tools, packaging equipment, air compressors, and other industrial machinery. This is a high quality electric motor well suited for most industrial applications requiring up to 3/4 horsepower.
