Blood sample from the tissue donors was tested and found negative for HBsAg, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies, HCV, and syphilis. Applications: Prepared from human GD1b ganglioside by enzymatic disintegration of the terminal galactose. Known as a specific cancer ganglioside. The antibodies to the GD2 inhibit cell attachment to various extracellular matrix proteins (collagen, vitronectin, laminin, fibronectin). Analysis: Purity more than 98 % by HPTLC. MW 1649.
