Kit provides eight each of the strips required to perform automated template preparation and chip loading of two Ion Torrent™ GX5 chips using the Ion Torrent™ Genexus™ Integrated Sequencer. This kit is specifically for use with the Oncomine™ Myeloid GX V2 assay.

  • This kit, combined with the GX5 Chip and Genexus Coupler (A40269) supports flexible, fully automated template preparation and chip loading of libraries prepared using the Genexus Integrated Sequencer or with an alternative protocol
  • Maximizes flexibility with the ability to load one to four chip lanes per run
  • Designed to enable cost-effective processing of 1 to 32 single pool libraries
  • Specifically for use with the Oncomine Myeloid GX v2 assay
  • Delivers fast and simple instrument setup, with less than five minutes of hands-on time
