Description

Designed for a continuous supply of High Purity gases

The manifolds consists of a primary bank and a reserve bank of cylinders. Because of the differential pressure between the primary and reserve banks, the changeover takes place automatically when the primary bank is depleted to provide a continuous supply of gas from the reserve bank.

  • Used for R21 regulator for low flow systems
  • Metal-to-metal diaphragm seals of regulator
  • Pressure adjustment handle on regulator
  • 3 ft flex pigtail with integral check valve and CGA connection
