Description

Gentamicin efficiently inhibits growth of many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms.

It inhibits protein synthesis by binding to the L6 protein of the 30S ribosomal subunit. It is also effective against mycoplasma. Recommended for use in cell culture applications.
