Recombinant human GFER protein with an N-terminal His tag, expressed in E. coli and supplied lyophilized for research use. The protein is 125 amino acids (~15 kDa), with >95% purity by reducing SDS-PAGE, and is formulated in 50 mM Glycine-HCl, 150 mM NaCl (pH 2.5). It is suitable for studies of liver regeneration and mitochondrial disulfide relay; reconstitute to ≥100 μg/mL and aliquot to avoid freeze-thaw degradation.
