A truncated version (residues 19-96) of ATF2 has been expressed as a fusion with GFP (Green Fluorescent Protein) to act as a substrate for the JNK and p38 families of kinases.For use in combination with the LanthaScreen™ Tb-anti-ATF2 [pThr71] antibody (PV4451) to evaluate inhibitors in medium to high throughput screening applications.
