This Glycoprotein Eluting Solution can be used to elute glycoproteins from agarose-bound N-acetylglucosamine- or chitin-binding lectins. The neutral pH of this solution maximizes the yield of eluted glycoproteins and preserves the activity of the agarose-bound lectins for repeated use. All components of this ready-to-use solution can be subsequently removed by dialysis. This Glycoprotein Eluting Solution offers convenience and superior recovery over standard sugar solutions.
