It contains AA Ser 24 - Gly 554 (Accession # Q8N158-1).;This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.The protein has a calculated MW of 60.0 kDa. Human Glypican 2, Fc Tag contains a furin cleavage site, 355-RNRR-358, and will be processed into N and C-terminal fragment with calculated MW of 37.2 kDa and 22.8 kDa respectively. The N and C‑terminal fragment remain associated in a covalent complex under non-reducing conditions. The protein migrates as 35 kDa and 60-120 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Recombinant Human Midkine Protein at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human Glypican 2, His Tag (Cat. No. GP2-H52H3) with a linear range of 2-16 ng/mL (QC tested).
