Invitrogen™ Goat anti-Syrian/Armenian Hamster IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody, Biotin
Description
Product # 31750 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, ELISA and ISH applications. Product # 31750 reacts with the heavy chains of syrian hamster IgG and with the light chains common to most hamster immunoglobulins, but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. This antibody cross-reacts with horse IgG, human IgG, rat IgG, and swine IgG (3%), bovine IgG, cat IgG, dog IgG, mouse IgG, rat IgM, and Rhesus monkey IgG (1%) and it has minimum cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species. This anti-hamster IgG antibody conjugate recognizes IgG from both Syrian and Armenian hamsters.
